About the position

The Naval Architect will be a vital member of our team, working alongside other experts in the field to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.   • Conduct feasibility studies for new vessel designs and modifications
  • Conduct detailed design calculations and analysis using industry-standard software such as Maxsurf, Rhino, and ANSYS
  • Develop conceptual designs and evaluate alternatives
  • Prepare technical specifications and contract documents
  • Provide technical support during construction and commissioning
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry advancements and technologies

About the successful applicant

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in the naval architecture industry
  • Strong knowledge of naval architecture principles, practices, and standards
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and analysis software
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
